If any Insurer is dissolved due  to the cancellation of its registration pursuant to Section 13, the liabilities shall be settled in the following order of priority :-
(a) The expenses incurred for the dissolution,
(b) The amount to be paid against the insurance claims to the Insured pursuant to Section 16,
(c) The remuneration and other outstanding amounts to be obtained by the employees of the Insurer,
(d) Loan amounts,
(e) The amount to be paid to the Board,
(f) The amount to be paid to the Government of Nepal .
